It is so important to find out what you are eating. If you do not, it will be difficult for you to function properly. If you put something in your mouth and it does not agree with your body, you will not be able to function properly. You might even die.

With that said, I think that this quote is very appropriate because the way that people eat has changed over the years. Some people just eat food without thinking about what they are. They do not know what they are putting in their mouth and therefore they cannot really enjoy the food that they eat.
